1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Revivya Health website, materials, or advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements signed at the start of an engagement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Revivya Health provides healthcare turnaround, financial restructuring, clinical operations optimization, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance & accreditation guidance, and strategic growth planning. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing for each engagement.
- All advisory work follows a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
- Engagements may be fixed-fee, time-and-materials, or outcome-linked as agreed.
- Implementation support is subject to the resourcing model defined in the SOW.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver meaningful outcomes, clients agree to provide timely access to relevant records (financial, clinical, operational), nominated point-people from leadership, and a working environment free of obstruction. Delays or withholding of information may affect timelines and deliverables.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment
Fees are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of issue. Late payment may attract interest at the rate notified in the SOW. Outcome-linked components are settled against the milestones recorded in the engagement letter.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties shall treat any non-public information shared during the engagement as strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority.
6. Intellectual Property
Frameworks, methodologies, templates and tools used by Revivya Health remain our intellectual property. Final deliverables prepared specifically for the client transfer to the client on full payment, subject to a perpetual licence for Revivya to retain copies and re-use generic learnings on an anonymized basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Revivya Health acts in an advisory capacity. Our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the preceding twelve (12) months. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or opportunity losses.
8. Use of Website Content
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and the Revivya Health name — is the property of Revivya Health and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
